Seoul-Below pictures is showing the side effect of breast augmentation using method of implanting cohesive gel.
Cohesive gel on the pictures became stiff and crushed by wrong surgery.
The most frequent ccurrence of side effect in breast augmentation is tearing of implant and second largest number is stiffing.
Cohesive gel counts 70% of implant in breast augmentation.
'Saline bag' has 20% share and the rest is 'Stem cell transplant'.
Then why side effects occur in implanting to breast?
Cohesive gel or saline bag is inserted through breast place like areola mammae, bottom of breast after cutting skin in 2~3 cm length.
Cohesive gel or saline bag can be teared or curshed during inserting it between that crevice.
So experience as a specialist surgeon is vital to this delicate process of surgical operation.
